I have been creating cakes for over 30 years.

I received an Associates Degree as a Professional Chef from SUNY at Cobleskill .

I absolutely LOVE what I do and

I limit my baking to only 2 wedding cakes or celebration cakes a weekend. You will receive my undivided attention for your special event
